2024 Dental plan vs insurance - Dental insurance is often dirt cheap and definitely worth it. I’ve never paid more than $10/paycheck for it. I’ve been lucky and not needed more than exams/cleanings but dental procedures can get expensive so I’d definitely never want to have to pay out of pocket.
